He was a great villain Billinaire by Day League of Assassin Archer by night he is kind of like Oliver Queen He leveled a whole city. Like Slade he accomplished what he was trying to do He really believed killing thousands of people would honor his wifes memory
I love that scene where he is yelling at tommy anout why he is doing this. He bested Oliver Twice. He is a master of Disguise he loves his family. He loved Tommy he loves thea He even loved Moira

He was once friends with the Arrow. He felt Arrow was once his Brother but then he chose another woman to live over the one he loved now he hates the Arrow He wants to destroy everything Oliver loves
I love his Austraillian Accent It makes him more menacing my favorite scene of his is when he makes a promise to Oliver. He made the Canary tremble in fear when he heard his voice
When Slade showed up at his House he was scared for himself and his family he tried to kill him
He even killed olivers mother and tried to kill the Woman he loved. He trained Oliver how to fight
